Terms

Using this site.

Last updated 27 May 2026. These are basic terms for visiting and using the website. Engagement terms (scope, fees, deliverables, liability, IP, termination) live in the MSA and SOW you sign as a client. Where the two conflict on engagement matters, the MSA and SOW control.

The site

eltrus.ai is published by Eltrus Limited, an Irish private company limited by shares. Company number 795239. Place of registration: Ireland. Registered office: Cillcuaigh, Lakeview Hill, Barnacranny, Bushypark, Galway, Ireland, H91 C9NK.

The site describes Eltrus's services and approach. Pricing, scope, and availability can change at any time and are confirmed only in a written Statement of Work, executed under our Master Services Agreement.

No online purchase

You cannot buy an engagement directly through this website. Submitting the contact form, sending an email, or booking a call does not create a contract and does not create an obligation to pay. A paid engagement begins only when both sides sign an SOW that incorporates the MSA.

Using the contact form

The contact form is for booking the €2,500 customer-support audit, a 30-minute introductory call, or requesting the anonymised sample audit. There is no obligation to proceed after the introductory call or after the audit.

What you tell us in the form is used to reply to your enquiry and assess whether an engagement makes sense. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your contact details to third parties for marketing.

Engagement work

If you engage Eltrus, the work is governed by our Master Services Agreement plus a Statement of Work (Tier 0, Tier 1, or Tier 2), plus the Data Processing Agreement where Client end-customer Personal Data is touched. Those documents cover scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property, warranty, termination, liability, insurance, and AI governance. The website is not a substitute for those documents.

Most Eltrus work is business-to-business. Where any element of an engagement falls under consumer-protection law, the position will be made explicit in the SOW before payment is taken.

Content on this site

Text, code, design, and images on eltrus.ai are © 2026 Eltrus Limited, except for third-party content that is clearly attributed (e.g. third-party logos in the helpdesk-integrations strip, sourced from Simple Icons under their CC0 licence). Sample audit numbers shown on the site are anonymised aggregates from real engagements where consent permitted publication, or operational ranges observed across recent audits where individual-engagement disclosure was not permitted.

External links and tools

This site may link to or mention third-party tools and platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Gorgias, Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Shopify, 1Password, Stripe, Apollo.io, Cal.com, DocuSign, and Loom. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. Mentioning a service does not mean the service endorses Eltrus, or vice versa. The full processor / sub-processor mapping is on the trust page.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided for general information only. It may contain mistakes, outdated information, or unavailable services. Do not rely on the site as a final quote or technical specification. Pricing on this site is indicative; the contractual price is the figure in the executed SOW.

AI disclosure

Eltrus's service involves configuring AI models inside Client helpdesks. If you become a client, the AI Governance Schedule attached to your SOW sets out approved use cases, prohibited uses, human-review thresholds, customer-facing transparency under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and Article 22 GDPR safeguards for automated decisions. This site itself does not deploy AI agents against visitors.

Liability

Nothing in these site terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site itself. Engagement liability is set out separately in the MSA you sign as a client (three-band cap structure: general, data-and-security supercap, narrow uncapped carve-outs).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another place.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change.
